The Patek Philippe Museum – Episode 2

Today the “real stuff” is about to begin as our team of roadtrippers is ready to dive into a serious watchmaking environment. To set the background of this fabulous adventure, we thought it would be more than useful to put some perspective on the rich history of watchmaking; therefore, we take our team for a very private visit of the Patek Philippe Museum.

With 4,000 timepieces on display, this museum holds the most incredible watch collection in the world opened to the public, one that portrays the full spectrum of watchmaking history, beginning more than 500 years ago. But as its name clearly states, this museum also holds an outstanding collection of Patek Philippe watches. Any aficionado of the brand would simply go crazy in these walls!

This museum is found in the heart of Geneva; it is open Tuesday through Friday from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 until 6:00 pm. Private guided tours are naturally possible. If you ever come to Geneva and like watchmaking, this place is simply a must!
