Futuregrail: New Concept for Collectors
Futuregrail, the first exclusive luxury watch and vault service created by and for avid collectors opened its doors in Singapore in April. Founded by a visionary team this new concept of a watch investment advisory firm can become the hub for connoisseurs, experts, and admirers of the horological realm.
As we all know, the Grail in watchmaking is an extremely rare, precious, and sought-after timepiece that requires a lot of attention, including special servicing, and storage with strict security protocols. It is for this reason that Futuregrail was founded by renowned watch collector and investor Ali Nael and his business partner Mohsin Rizvi.
Authentication of timepieces, grading, servicing, insurance, 3D scanning, minting NFTs, fractionalization, concession planning, and tax-free storage for both, physical and digital grails are among the services provided by the expert team. And starting this autumn, Futuregrail will host monthly invite-only and public auctions allowing customers to sell their stored watches on the online platform, as well as buyers to bid on just a fraction of the desired piece.
The ambitious project includes a Watch Museum, featuring one of the world's rarest collections of watches and artifacts meticulously curated by Ali Nael and head of curation Arnaud Tellier. Some of the 200 ultra-rare and historically significant timepieces have never been seen before. In addition to the permanent display, the Museum, and gallery will also host thematic exhibitions and regular events for watch aficionados and industry representatives.
And what do you think of this concept?
