Introducing: Historiques American 1921 by Vacheron Constantin

Behind the American 1921.

One of my favorite Vacheron Constantin timepiece, the American 1921 and as its name implies this watch is celebrating its 100th year anniversary, but let's say that the date is more of a symbol as a first iteration was developed in 1919 and only 36 models have been manufactured in the early 20's before it was relaunched as part of the Historique collection of the brand back in 2008.

Vacheron Constantin to mark the occasion has now come up with three new models in white gold (36,5mm and 40mm) and a limited to 100 pieces version part of the Excellence Platine collection.

Square case, corner-set crown and a beautiful sunblasted dial with the Arabic numerals is what makes it absolutely exceptional.
