Today, we have quite a special video to share with you as we had the great privilege of following the full restoration carried on an original Ferdinand Berthoud Marine Chronometer, the Longitude Clock n° 30, a timekeeping device of serious historical significance.
This impressive restoration includes not only the mechanical elements of this fabulously accurate timekeeping machine, but also the carpentry work of its original wooden box.
This video was done on the course of several months and we are really delighted to have had this opportunity and being able to share this behind the scene story with you.
