Discovering a one-man show watchmaker with Cedric Johner
Behind most brands you have a team ranging from watchmakers, to prototypists, constructors, finishing experts, designers, etc. But in the video shared with you today, all these stages of the watchmaking process reside in the hand of one man.
This is naturally a different approach to what we are accustomed to see and the result is that it gives much more freedom to Cedric Johner to do what he wants to do. Additionally to this, he started his career as a jeweller and this has given him a different way of looking at watchmaking as his relation to metal working is naturally a bit different.
