Encountering Hajime Asaoka in Tokyo - Independent Watchmaker
Hello to all and we start our Japanese series with the visit to a great independent watchmaker called Hajime Asaoka, a man we first got to know through the AHCI.
Something really remarkable about him is simply the fact that he is a self taught watchmaker and it is through his passion and perseverance that he has become a very esteemed watchmaker, having for instance developed a full chronograph by himself!
