A very special craft: miniature wood marquetry.

Hello and today we will discover together a very special craft: miniature wood marquetry. We indeed had the opportunity to meet in Paris a very talented young artisan who just crafted some dials for Hermès and he shared with us the full process of how he works.

We had seen this a couple of years ago with some spectacular dials made for Patek Philippe and it’s the same artisan!!
