Visiting Konstantin Chaykin in Moscow
I think you know quite well that we like creative watchmaking on TheWATCHES.tv and when one thinks of Konstantin Chaykin, well "creative" sounds like an understatement!
It is not that he revolutionised how a timepiece functions, but his inspired interpretation of how you can show time has most definitely brought something really interesting and fresh on the watchmaking scene.
So this was the perfect excuse for me to hop on a plane and visit his Moscow setup, because I seriously wanted to know more about the man, understand how he works and what he has in the pipeline.
I must say that I wasn't disappointed and just loved this different take on what watchmaking is all about and how you can tell a story through a timepiece.
