Ulysse Nardin with Artemis Racing in Gothenburg for the AC World Series
Ulysse Nardin is back on the water thanks to its partnership with Artemis Racing but interestingly enough it is the first time the watch brand partners with an actual sailing team. With it’s legitimate history in the world of marine chronometry, Ulysse Nardin’s involvement comes therefore as a natural one and for the occasion they presented a limited edition of their Marine Diver watch bearing the colours of the Swedish team and flag: blue and yellow.
We were privileged to witness this for Round 2 of the America’s Cup World Series held in Gothenburg - Sweden - and we took the opportunity to talk with Patrik Hoffmann, CEO of the brand, on the reasons behind this partnership. We also had the chance of talking with Loïck Peyron, member of the Artemis Racing team and French super star sailor, who gave us more insights on these incredible AC45 flying catamarans.
