For the seventh consecutive year Harry Winston introduced another talking-piece with the Histoire de Tourbillon 7, a spectacular double bi-axial tourbillon watch made of 507 components for the movement and the tourbillon alone is made of 117 components! A bi-axial tourbillon means that the escapement is rotating on two different axis, the fist cage rotating on itself in 45 seconds and the second on in 75 seconds. And additionally to this the balance wheel is inclined at 30° and therefore these escapements will never find themselves in the same positions and will compensate any distorsion due to gravity. These two escapements are then coupled with a spherical differential and all this intricate mechanism is highly visible on the left side of the watch’s dial, the right part being reserved to the time display. This watch is limited to 20 timepieces and comes in 10 red or 10 anthracite versions.

The second noticeable watch launched is the Z10, which features its signature double retrograde indications indicating days of the week at 4 o’clock and a 30 seconds indicator at 7 o’clock. The case of this timepiece is made out of the their exclusive Zalium ultra-light compound and the size has slightly been reduced to 42mm wide. This watch is limited to 300 timepieces.

On a more feminine side, the brand demonstrated yet another craft, this time coming from Japan with the introduction of the Premier Precious Weaving collection in which threads of gold are woven with slivers of natural mother-of-pearl to create a unique tapestry. This watch comes in 4 different versions, each one limited to 30 timepieces, and bears an automatic movement in its 36mm case.

Harry Winston also introduced a new collection for women called Emerald and bears a quartz movement in a case mimicking the brand's logo.
